Hi and welcome to my blog! :)

One of my main passions is writing and I have been doing it since the mid-1990s. Since then I have brought to life poetry, lyrics, prose, short stories, fiction, non-fiction, articles, blog posts and other pieces of writing. In total I have over 1000 written works.

Writing is a big part of my life. I am proud to be a published author with twelve books out in print - Pieces of Me (poetry), Soundtrack of My Life: Volume 1 (lyrics), Soundtrack of My Life: Volume 2 (lyrics), Diary of a Crush (poetry, lyrics, and prose), Treasure (poetic tale), Melodies of the Heart (lyrics), A Crimson Tide (poetry), The Secret Life of Ashley Miles (novel), An Unforgettable Journey (poetry, lyrics, and prose), Reflections of the Heart (poetry and lyrics), Frozen in Time (poetry and lyrics), and Scenes from a Quirky Life (limericks). I am also an editor of two poetry anthologies, which I am also a part of. These are: Voices of the World and Whispers in the Wind.

Besides this, I am writer for HubPages and a few other content websites, which I am excited about. I love writing and sharing what I have written with others. I hope that readers are able to enjoy my writing, connect with it, and be affected by it in some way, even if minor, as that is very important to me.

Besides writing I also love to sing. Whether I sing out loud or in my head, there is not a day that goes by that I don't sing. Singing is my passion and whenever I sing there's always lots of emotion and passion flowing through. I don't know what I would do if singing weren't such a big part of my life...

My interests besides singing and writing are cooking, reading, listening to music, watching TV and movies, going to concerts and shows, traveling/sight-seeing, hiking, basketball, tennis, table tennis, rollerblading, and more...
